AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the Agreement between MIT International Marketing Inc. in the province of British Columbia Canada, Doing Business As (DBA) Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com and you as an associate member, or user who accesses or establishes a connection (“associate member” “user,” “you,” “your” “me,” or “I”) to the Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com web site known as MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com (“site”, “Company”), which is owned and controlled by MIT International Marketing Inc. in the province of British Columbia, Canada. I as an associate member understand and agree to abide and be bound by all of the provisions in this Agreement in order to remain an authorized user of the site and my use of the site constitutes my Agreement to abide by those provisions. I understand that I am solely responsible for my use of the site and for ensuring that my use complies fully with the provisions of this Agreement.
INDEPENDENT ASSOCIATE MEMBER
The position of “associate member,” does not constitute an agency or a franchisee/franchisor relationship with the Company. This Agreement is not intended and shall not be construed to create a relationship of employer/employee, agency, partnership or joint venture between any associate member and the Company.
TAXES
The associate member is solely responsible for declaration and payment of all local, provincial, state and federal taxes that may be payable because of the associate members activities or income in connection with this Agreement.
SPONSORING ASSOCIATES
An associate member, who sponsors other associates, must fulfill the obligation of performing bona fide supervision, in the sale of the product to the consumer and in the training of those sponsored. An associate member must have on-going contact, communication and management supervision with his or her sales organization on a monthly basis.
COMPANY LOGOS
The associate member agrees not to utilize the Company’s logos, trade names or trademarks or those of its products in any way other than those approved by the Company. The associate member agrees to utilize only those items of literature and sales aids provided by the Company.
EMAIL ADDRESSES
As an associate member, I agree to provide MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com with a current and valid email address under which I do business as a registered associate member with MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com (Company), and I agree not to provide an auto responder email address which is strictly prohibited. As an associate member I agree to receive emails from Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 (Company), which may or may not include training programs, sales graphs and or reports, newspaper articles and or messaging/messages from other associate members/pool. I, as an associate member agree that my email address, home or business address, and phone number or other pertinent information will be provided to the individual that directly referred you to Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com (Company), and or whose broadcasting or promotion caused you to become an associate member. As a member associate I agree to: (a) maintain all equipment necessary for my access to and use of Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com (Company); (b) maintain the security of my user identification, password and other confidential information relating to my Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com (Company); (c) be responsible for all charges resulting from use of my Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com (Company), account, including unauthorized use prior to my notifying Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com (Company), of such use and taking steps to prevent its further occurrence by changing my password; and (d) updating my personal information.
WEBSITE USE
I expressly agree that any use of the websites is my sole risk. As an associate member, I agree to utilize the Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com (Company’s) website in accordance with MIT International Marketing Inc. policies and procedures, terms and conditions, and abide by any and all federal, provincial, state, and local laws, in the sole use of marketing products and or related products. I also agree as an associate member of Zija International that I will abide by the policies and procedures, terms and conditions set out by Zija International.
DEFAMATION
As an associate member I agree never to criticize, defame, belittle or slander MIT International Marketing Inc., and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com, its officers or employees or other independent member associates. I also understand that this will result in immediate termination of my affiliation/contract/membership/account with MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com
REGISTRATION OF NEW MEMBERS
As an associate member I agree that any registration of new members will and can only be done with a prospective member’s permission, and is strictly forbidden to be done by me as an associate member whether manually, electronically or any other devious means. I also understand that this will result in immediate termination of my affiliation / contract / membership / account with MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com.
ADVERTISING ON ELECTRONIC MEDIA
As an associate member, I agree never to post any type of advertising about MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com on any type of electronic media, chat rooms, news groups, or contact lists. Anyone violating this policy will be charged no less than $100.00 US, on each occasion that this is done, and is payable to MIT International Marketing Inc. by certified cheque, money order or credit card. I also understand that this will result in immediate termination of my affiliation / contract / membership / account with MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com.
SPAM
No one likes SPAM! Spam is email being sent to an individual who has not specifically requested the information from someone directly. Unsolicited commercial email (hereafter known as “spam”) is absolutely, positively not tolerated by MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com.
We deliver information via email and other Medias to users who have opted to be on our mailing list. Users have the right to unsubscribe or opt out of this service at any time. As we respect your privacy, it is not our policy to send unsolicited mail. RIGHT OF SALE
MIT International Marketing Inc. If for any reason any part of this Agreement or pursuant policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, to relevant law but not limited to, our warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set out in the above then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be preempted by a valid and enforceable proviso that overrides or comes close to the intent of the original proviso and allow the balance of the covenant to continue.
ERRORS
Neither MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com nor any of its affiliates, employees, agents, third party content providers, or licensors warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the site or as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness or contents of any content, information, material postings, or posting responses found on our site, any merchandise or services provided through our site, or any links to other sites made available on the site.
LIABILITY
As a member associate I acknowledge that under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com (or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, third party content providers, or licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents), be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, any content, information, material, postings, or posting responses on our or the site itself.
MIT INTERNATIONAL® REFUND POLICY
If a member cancels an order placed directly with MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com within 10 days of purchase, MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com will refund 100% of the purchase price, including shipping and handling fees and tax (if applicable). MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com will process these refunds within ten days of receipt of the returned training books, CDs, literature etc. All return materials have to be in resalable condition. Proof of purchase (invoice, copy of invoice, or invoice number) is required for all refunds. For Zija International return policies please refer to Zija International.
As a member associate I agree that no refunds shall be provided at any time or upon termination of my contract for any unused website hosting of my personalized MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com. To cancel website hosting, MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com must be notified at least 5 business days prior to the monthly website hosting subscription fee. Termination requests must be received in writing via email or postal service. Email terminations must be sent to [email protected] and accounts will be terminated five working days after the receipt of such requests. The member associate must be able to produce proof of the cancellation notice. Credit card billings on your account will be charged on a 30 day cycle for each month. Service payments will be submitted in advance of receiving services.
ZIJA INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
As a member associate I agree and have read the return policies and procedures of Zija International. I agree that MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com are in no way responsible for refunds for Zija International products or goods manufactured and distributed by Zija International. Any refunds or returns affiliated with Zija International will fall under the Customer and Member Product Guarantee refund policy of Zija International.
WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES
As a member associate I agree that any warranty or warranties offered by the original manufacturer or party offering any such service shall fall under the jurisdiction of the said manufacturer or company which offered the said warranty of the product or goods and is not the responsibility of MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com. MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com disclaims any and all express and implied warranties for all products, goods and services, which also includes any implied warranties of Merchantability and Fitness For A Particular purpose warranty.
OTHER PRODUCT SHOWINGS
If MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com display any product or goods and or any services from someone other than ours, it is not offered as information or data or claim or representation relating to MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com. Any purchases of product, goods and or services from MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com are subject to the laws in the province of British Columbia, Canada.
REMEDY BY LAW

As an associate member, I understand that the Company does not discriminate in its acceptance or rejection of associate members or applicants because of race, creed, gender, color or national origin.
READ AND ABIDE
I, as an associate member, have read all the material and information provided and am of legal age required to enter into this contract in the province/state in which I reside. I agree as an associate member to abide by any and all federal, provincial, state and local laws, rules and regulations pertaining to this Agreement and obtain any necessary licenses or permits as required by law or public authority with respect to this Agreement. As a member associate I agree that MIT International Marketing Inc. and or Millionaire Graduates, Millionaires in Training, Exit9to5 and or MillionaireGraduates.com and Exit9to5.com obligations and or remedies are limited and solely and exclusively herein described. It is expressly agreed by the associate member that there are or were no verbal or other written representations, understandings, stipulations, Agreements and promises relating to the subject matter of the Agreement not incorporated in writing in this Agreement. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid all other provisions and clauses shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties.
